Jeremy Morin is a professional ice hockey player currently playing for the AHL affiliate of
the Chicago Blackhawks, the Rockford Ice Hogs. He was selected in the second round
of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Initially picked by the Atlanta Thrashers, Morin was later
traded to the Blackhawks.
Morin is a product of the United States National Team Developmental Program, where he
played two seasons, while leading them in scoring.
Morin is a goal scorer with a quick release and a solid shot. During the 2009-10 season,
he played with the Kitchener Rangers in the OHL where he scored 47 goals and 36
assists.
