David, a four-time U.S. Olympic speed skater and NHL skating and performance coach, is the co-owner of DC Hybrid Skating,
a performance training center for hockey players in Milwaukee, WI. In 2008, U.S. Speed Skating inducted David into its Hall of
Fame; David had competed in international long track events for 16 years. After retiring from skating, in 2002, David founded
DC Hybrid Skating, which educates and improves skills of athletes from the youth level up to the NHL level.
From July 2007 to May 2008, David was the skating coach for the NHL Chicago Blackhawks and its affiliate AHL Rockford
help train players to skate better.
Presently, David is a part of the Under Armour TNP Performance Training Council, an online educational resource focusing on
increasing athletic performance. Since August 2009, David has been the founder and owner of DASC, a company behind
high-performance ice hockey skates.
