Do you get a lot of lace bite? Do you like to lean on your laces?
MLX Skates protect against lace bite because of the way our tongue is
molded and the patented layering of thermal plastic materials we use. Our
tongue is flexible enough to drive the knee forward but is stiff/hard enough
so that you don't get any lace bite.
Oh, and it's removable too. If it wears out, you can change it instead of
sending your entire skate to get repaired or replaced.

A much more "moldable" skate for complete comfort - This feature is the
"backbone" of MLX skates.
Typical skates are designed to be molded more around the ankle, which
only provides a limited scale of support and comfort, which results in a lot
of skaters putting orthopedic soles in their skates - but when the arche of
the sole collapses, you lose a lot of leverage on your stroke and may
experience pain.

the boot, where typical other hockey skates do not have this. The thermoplastic,
when heated, is pliable, and that is what allows the athlete to make the skate fit their
feet.
All skates can be molded multiple times in your oven at home if the oven is set to the
correct temperature and preheated properly.
The reason our skates can do this is that we have a heat moldable thermoplastic in
the boot, where typical other hockey skates do not have this. The thermoplastic,
when heated, is pliable, and that is what allows the athlete to make the skate fit their
feet.
